Most of the guys that work for a living(not like you and me, they work) are into their make or break season. They either keep working, and make a good year, or work dries up, and it's a bad year.
Work has been dry for two years, and this year started out good but hasn't been enough to actually make a good year.
So, working men will be sitting idle and not having enough money to winter come election day.
They'll figure it out when they are in the booth.
